Tracking a Delivery
You can track your deliveries online at www.yodel.co.uk at anytime by entering your parcel reference number and postcode in the tracking box. The tracking system should be able to show you if the parcel has been received at Yodels service centre and also if it is out for delivery. Yodel deliver parcels Monday to Saturday between 7am and 9pm. There are 3 different delivery services that Yodel use. Yodel Xpress is a standard delivery service used for small/medium parcels that are to be delivered in one or two days. Yodel Xpect is a similar service to Yodel Xpress however, it gives customers a two-hour delivery window so the recipient. Yodel Missed Deliveries
If Yodel attempted to deliver your parcel but you were not at home, or nobody was able to collect your parcel, then the driver will have left a call card. There are two possible solutions to a Yodel missed delivery. The first is that the driver may have left your delivery in a safe location, such as, your porch or with a neighbour. If this is the case, then the driver will have left a note on the call card posted through your door. Secondly, if there was no safe place for your parcel to have been left, Yodel will try and deliver your parcel again the next day. However, if you contact Yodel, you can rearrange the delivery for another day. If Yodel are unable to deliver your parcel on three separate occasions, then you will need to collect it from a local depot. If the parcel does require a signature and you are not in then the driver will try and leave the parcel with a neighbour and post a card through your letterbox to let you know where the parcel is.
You can also collect your parcel from one of Yodels service centres if you wish. You will need to contact the Yodel customer service team on 08434 04 1212 and give them at least 24 hours notice so they do not attempt delivery. If you are collecting from the service centre then you will need to bring the calling card that Yodel left for you as well as some photographic ID ie; passport or driving license. You can get another party to collect the parcel on your behalf. If you do this then they will need to bring the calling card as well as their own photographic ID.
